Cancellation Policies for Camps, Classes, and Private Lessons

  • Payments for all classes are non-refundable. However, if you have to cancel a class within the first three weeks, we will issue a 50% credit to your account to be used for a future classes. After three weeks, no refund or credit will be issued.

  • Payments for all camps are non-refundable. However, if you need to switch to a different camp during the same season, you may do so, pending camp availability and with two weeks’ notice.

  • If you need to switch classes during the semester, we will do our best to accommodate your request if the class is the same curriculum and there is space available.

  • All Choirs, Voice Classes, and Mozarts Piano Programs: No make-up’s are available for these classes or groups.
