25-26 Calendar - Important Dates

This calendar runs from August 2025 through July 2026

  • Saturday August 30 through Monday, September 1: Labor Day Weekend - The studio is closed.

  • Tuesday, Sept 2: First day of Early Learning classes for our schoolyear session.

  • Sunday, September 7: First day of music classes for our schoolyear session

  • Friday, October 31: Halloween - The studio is closed.

  • Thursday, November 27 through Sunday, November 30: Thanksgiving & Fall Break. The studio is closed.

  • Wednesday, December 24 through Thursday January 1: Christmas Eve/Day, Winter Break, New Year’s Eve/Day. The studio is closed.

  • Thursday, April 2 through Monday, April 6: Spring Break. The studio is closed.

  • Friday, May 22: Last day for Collective Harmony (choirs & voice classes) and for early learning programs

  • Saturday, May 23 through Monday, May 25: Memorial Day Weekend. The studio is closed.

  • Friday, July 3 through Sunday, July 5: Independence Day Weekend. The studio is closed.

    *Some classes may have additional dates removed from the calendar due to travel, performances, or conferences.

    *Some teachers may not hold lessons on additional dates, depending on their individual schedules.

Concert & Recital Dates

  • Recital Dates

    • Fall Recital: Saturday, December 13 at Good Shepherd United Church of Christ (35 W Philadelphia Ave, Boyertown, in the back of the lot behind the bank) - 9:00am-2:00pm (various 60-minute time slots will be available, we will announce when registration is open)

    • Spring Date: Sunday, ?? at St. John’s Lutheran Church (45 N Reading Ave, Boyertown, PA 19512, across the street from our studio, next to the movie theatre) - afternoon through early evening, times TBA; we will announce when registration is open

  • Collective Harmony Concerts

    • Snowfall Serenade - Saturday, December 13 at Good Shepherd United Church of Christ (35 35 W Philadelphia Ave, Boyertown, in the back of the lot behind the bank)

      • Rehearsal: 2:00-4:15pm

      • Concert: 4:30pm
